Takut puasa with atkins

Mula2 start ramadhan aku sgt takut nak buat Atkins...bukan apa takut kebulur nak mati...Hªªhªhªªhªªhªhªª

Tapi alhamdulillah...mula dari hari pertama sehingga hari ke 10 tiada tanda2 kebulur melampau...time berbuka pun masih dapat kawal nafsu makan...makan more protein and still less carbs...kadang2 mmg ada makanan yg ada carbs tersembunyi tapi better than pure carbo la kan...heheheh...so far so good...malah rasa perut pun takde la berat sgt...

Hope I can maintian this diet hingga capai berat yg saya inginkan then only I will move on...since 20kg to go utk capai berat ideal...wink wink....make sure air kena cukup...minum at least 2L berbuka 2L sahur ok...

NEVER GIVE UP...YOU WILL NEVER WALK ALONE
