Frustrated dgn result these 2 days...pagi2 aku dah tak tersenyum dah tgk penurunan berat aku..mana silap nye eh?? I did well...cheating carbs mmg takde lansung...atau mungkin carbs tersembunyi??? Erkkkk...
Apa2 pun I will try to avoid taking sausage too much..its not good for health by the way...sekali sekala ok la..since skrg saya dah jumpa menu baru...scramble egg with chicken so tak de la bosan sgt...kenyang pun kenyang..
Thinking positive...I gain muscle last week...I ran 3km...so maybe otot2 aku masih belum stabil sepenuhnya..Hªªhªhªªhªªhªhªª buat andaian sendiri...
