Slow progress

Ok nampak gaya I've to change my meal...last week maybe terlebih makan benda2 yg tak sepatutnya..

Seperti :
1. Gravy ayam KR
2. Sweetsour fish
3. Chicken Mermaide
4. Ayam kicap
5. Ayam Merah

These stuff wasn't good for me I guess..its sweet aite...so this week kena buat betul2..back to the routine...make sure no gravy at all...and drink at least 5L. of plain water or green tea..hoyeah...I can do it.. ‎​┐('⌣'┐) (┌'⌣')┌
