Senaman ringan!!

I force myself to do these few exercise...

10 Squat 



10 Lunges 



20  Leg Swing(Back)



30 Triceps/biceps 





Kejap je buat smua ni kan...kat office pun bleh buat squat tu org tak perasan pun kan...bukan squat hold pun...mencangkung je terus..ulang till 10 reps...Hªªhªhªªhªªhªhªª rasakan ketegangan urat peha anda...kui kui kui...bakar lemak buntut n peha...
