Niat nak buat scotch egg sekali jadi bebola gergasi...cekodok ayam inti telur lah senang cakap...luar tu isi ayam yg dilenyek..telur rebus dibalut dengan isi ayam tu...sedap la jugak..sebiji makan dua org kot...tak larat nak habiskan soranh..besar gedabakk...
Golden ball tu plak telur rebus dihias atasnya dengan crabmeat yg digaul mayonese n cream chese...
p.s : sumpah gua mau ....... kikikiki kenyang membuntal kot..Alhamdulillah

Finally dapat makan kandaq lawood..has been waiting since last weekend..hari ni dapat jugak..tak makan nasi pun still heaven kot...

Weekend routine

Lets sweat da fat jyeahhh...its time to stay fit n stay healthy..i did my 5km trail walk this morning n im sweating like a pig..hopefully im looking like a fox...hahahaha...as usual i start my day with a healthy protein shake...add on 1L 0f greentea...nah it boost my metabolisme n keep on sweating like hell...oooooo...berbaloi sesangat nih datang jauh2..

Best datang FRIM ni..tenang..udara segar...nyaman..less polluted...tak panas sangat sebab di kelilingi pokok2 besar...

Hari ni saya realisasikan impian utk naik puncak FRIM 1000ft...alang2 naik canopywalkway terus ke ouncak terus..hari ni stamina lain macam skit hahahha..sbb semalam dah cheat kan..

Nah im not an angel... strictly on low carbs for 1 week n today is my day...sila2 mai makan meh...remember we are not a machine...we have appetite aite...all u need is just control ur appetite..

Ramai antara kita beranggapan "aku dah bersenam berpeluh so aku bleh makan macam2"...


Maka dengan itu dpt lah kita lihat makcik2 yg kononnya jogging or breeze walk pepagi tu balik je dari bersenam singgah beli nasi lemak la roti canai la nasi kerabu la mee mamak la dan macam2 lagi lah..


Betul la tu once dah burn calori kena la refuel balik..to berpada2 lah..you r the one who choose ur own healthy lifestyle...so y u have to ruin everything..be positive..tak salah nak makan nasi lemak ke roti canai ke apa ke..but dont make it a habit jyeahhh..

Tuna with hard boiled egg

Ni tahap dah malas sangat nak masak ni...telur yg rebus smalam ada lagi 2 bijik..selongkar almari makanan nampak plak ada cili tuna..nah a very good combo in a rainy day i guess..i need somthing hot n spice jyeahhh..


Errrr sebenarnya malas masak..so apa je yg bleh dimakan dan mengenyangkan sumbat je...kehkehkeh...as all we know that tuna is a good source of protein..telur tu mmg dah sedia maklum la sumber protein kan..the best things is cili tuna ni only contain 2g of carbs per serving...

5 Important things i've learned in weight loss


Determination
You must have detemination to change..must set ur own goal..u must willing to learn before u decide to change..gain as much knowledge as u can so u will keep on track..Figure out the most compelling reason why you want to lose weight. Is it because of health reasons? Are you getting married? Is your high school reunion coming up in three months and you want to look fabulous? It has to be something that is extremely important to you. Whatever it is, nail it down and think about it every time you feel like quitting. If it is important enough, you will stick with your diet.


Support group/individual
U cant do it alone..its not easy..i found atkins by reading a blog..than i follow their group in Facebook..i told my sis im doing atkins.Find someone who needs to lose weight too. Make a plan to work together toward this goal. It is much easier to lose weight when you have support...i explained to my family what i do n dont in atkins..make them uderstand it well n easy for them to consider in preparing food or invite you for dinner ;p


Eat healthy
Knowledge..reading..exploring..asking...make a right choises of food u gonna take...the more you read the more ideas u get...the more u understand about diet..the more u understand that its not a diet but its a LIFESTYLE :)

Workout
Its a MUST..stay fit n healthy..make sure u sweat daily..Walking may be the easiest method of exercise. Find anything that makes you slightly more active...do anything that make u feel good...running is not the only choice but it is the best choic..gets your heart pumping every day will eventually result in weight loss ;)


Positive mind
Realize that losing weight will take time. You probably didn't put on your excess weight in a week. Therefore, do not expect it to take a week to get it off. The best way to lose weight and keep it off is to change your lifestyle--for good. Never give up...it takes time my friend...stay positive..stick with wat u have done so far...and u will see the result..

Pay off

If u really serious about losing weight...then never give up..stick with it and u will see the result...ive been working hard to achieve my ideal weight...its not the weight actually but to be fit and healthy are the most important thing for me...


Trust me..if i can do this, u can do this too...im not that strong...if im strong enuf to change then i dont have to wait for 29 years ;) just start today...u dont have to wait until tomorrow .because yesterday u already said tomorrow u will start ;) so ur tomorrow is today my friend...wish u all the best...


Alhamdulillah i've lost 14 kg so far...it depends on ur body n how dicipline u r..losing weight cant be measure by time..some people can lost 20kg in 3 months..some takes 6 months n some might takes a year...whatever it is its still a lost aite?? 


When i started doing atkins i was 84kg...First 3 months i lost 10 kg n that was my aim (Lost 10kg)...i reached my goal...all u need is just the determination..n now my aim is to achieve my ideal weight which is 64kg..in this short term i ll make sure i drop the number from 7 to 6....;)


i'll pray for u too...the changes is already in u..just do it my friend...♡♥

Extend my CNY CHALLENGE

Uhuks janji 3 hari je kan...tp mcm best kot bangun pagi timbang makin susut tho its just 0.2gm but still weight lost aitecha...so saya extend ke 7 hari...hope berjaya capai angka 6*...

Day 4 : cw 70.5kg...

semalam sakan makan noah burger yeah of coz daging sahaja...cuak sebenarnya tp c hahha still ada penurunan..greentea 2L aloe 2 L air masak 1L...hoyeahhh....

My aim in this challenge adalah nak tgk angka 6* appear on my weighing scale...hikhikhik...dah 20 tahun rasanya angka 7 dan 8 menguasai diri nih..last angka 6 muncul atas penimbang pada usia saya 17 tahun...so skrg nak masuk 30..homagod...

p/s : Joms ubah hari ini...tak dapat turun berat jgn sedih as long as u work hard for it...build more muscle burn more fat jyeaaahhh ♡♥

Tadi dah sakan bersenam...lunch td bedal ayam penyet..ayam dia je la tanpa nasi...tiba2 Lapar di petang hari...kakak aku rajin nak buatkan home-made chicken ball...tp sos tu jangan nak duk makan sgt la meh..makan chic ball dia je ok...
