Whey Protein

Bleh tambah whey protein ni dalam any protein shake uols k...ada saya terbaca dalam blog sesorang kata dia mengamalkan minum Bio-Protein ni turun berat badan...wallahualam...┒(⌣˛⌣)┎ ...tp seperti mana yg kita tahu protein mmg bagus utk membina muscle...kalau rasa protein daripada lauk pauk dan sayuran yang kita ambik tu tak mencukupi maka bleh la tambah dgn whey protein ni...cara mudah increase protein intake...transfat 0.0...carbs perserving hanya 0.1g ..sugar 0.0..hoyeahhh... Saya pun nak tambah whey protein ni dalam HL shake saya...sbb whey protein saya dah habis tak sempat nak re-stock...

Itu adalah sebahagian daripada reason kenapa saya tulis blog...tak kisahlah sama ada yang membaca blog ini secara diam atau nyata...I'm not a good blogger but I'm trying my best to share my experience towards my healthy lifestyle...

We start from zero till become the hero..no matter what ppl might say just move on my friends...tak perlu takut apa orang kata...org yang akan 'mengata' sebenarnya mereka cemburu dgn apa yang kita sedang lakukan...sama mcm kita bila kita start nak mengata org sebenarnya kita jelous apa dgn apa yang mereka ada dan perolehi kan..

Buang jauh2 sifat negative..kadang2 susah nak buang kawan yang negative but we have to try hard to be positive enuf...keep positive thinking no matter where no matter what...

Oraite mate, ni adalah kata2 dari mulut orang yang negative...don't worry...keep on going..mereka sedang makan hati percayalah..you can do it mate...one day mereka akan datang melutut utk dapatkan ilmu uols or paling teruk akan stalk ur blog,FB,twitter,tumblr Hªªhªhªªhªªhªhªª ...masa tu nak tanya dah malu..lol..
