Anniversary

Alhamdulillah...Genap 4 minggu bersama Atkins...konon2 4 weeks in a month la...walaupun hanya 28 hari just take it as 1 month..dengan bangganya nak announce after 4 weeks on Atkins I lost 6.2 KG...

Jika dilihat dari mata kasar, ianya bukan jumlah yang besar...but for me its more than enough...so that I knew I didn't lost my muscle as well..heheheh...hati2 kalau berat turun mendadak yg melampau...1kg per week adalah disarankan...just to make sure anda tidak kehilangan air dalam badan dan juga otot...make sure minum air dalam kuantiti yg banyak..every 25kg u need 1 Litre of plain water...so make sure air more than 3L daily...kalau kurang sgt bahaya lebih2 lagi dalam berdiet macam ni k ;))
