4th Putrajaya International 12 Hour Walk

This is my second 12 hour walk...tahun lepas dah buat sekali dah....ingatkan tahun ni nak buat lebih skit ah kilometer....tapi gua lupa bhaiii....tahun ni gua dah setahun lagi tua dr tahun lepas bhaiii...waaaaaaaa.....kesakitan yang aku alami mmg tak bleh blah...tapi dah alang2 join this walk ive to make sure aku dapat medal ah...nak dapat medal kena make sure minimum aku jalan 28KM ah..ingatkan di usia 30 ni nak jalan la 30km tp mmg kekuatan kaki aku tak mengizinkan ah....dapat baut 28KM je..tu pun jalan dah seret kaki dah oiiii...


Tahun ni kami bawak khemah...pasan depan POJ...bukan untuk tdo pon untuk simpan barang je pon takut hujan...time we all bento rehat we all tdo atas pavement POJ tu je pon..best woooo bila dah penat sangat tdo atas lantai berbumbungkan langit pun dah rasa nikmat dunia...


Time ni semangat lagi nak join walk nihhhh



Time n i after 10Km hoho..muka mampu tersenyum lagi nyahhh....timing chip elok kat kasut lagi ni hah....semnagattttt...

OK time ni after 15KM mampu tersenyum lagi tapi pose duduk dahhh..gelen air dah kat celah kangkang dah hah....dahaga mak nyahhh oiiiii....habis dah kering air dalam badannn hoiiiiii


Ni lepas 18KM ni...nak pose macam tak nak pose dah nih.....muka dah macam kak limah dahhhh...
 
After 20KM mcm ni dah gaya makkkk nyah oiiiii....nak pose pun dengan jari ke....muka dah macam jebon nak berak dahhh....ahahaha....lantai depan POJ ni pon rasa macam tilam empuk dah aihhhh....dalam otak macam mana nak habiskan lagi 8KM nak dapatkan medalll...ohoiiii



OK aftah 25KM kaki aku dah macam kaki gajah dah...membengkak dah oiiii.....aku ngan EJ pon decide nak jalan pakai slipar dah..kitorang pun jadi la macam org asli bukak tali kasut ikat kat kaki nak ikat timing chip...tak dak timing chip tu mmg sia2 aku jalan hohoiii...last few KM mmg aku jalan seret kaki dah..tak leh angkat kaki dah oiiiiii

After 28KM ini rupa...senyum pada dunia bukan pada camera dah...."YES I DID IT"....

A;hamdulillah.....titisan terakhir....ada cameraman of the this event nak amik pic we all...tertarik dengan slipar jepun we all kot..alang2 kau dah amik pic aku bleh la tolong snap guna fon plak eh....hewhewhehw....kami pun pulang dengan muka puas otak melayang.....

Finally after 9 hours walk we all berjaya buat 28KM....that's it ah....siap2dismantle tent and ready nak balik ah....lepas collect medal dalam kul 5.45am we all pun balik ah umah...azan subuh dah berkumandang dah...semapt balik subuh kat umah...

p.s: Tahun depan rasa macam nak bersara dah...tapi lepas kaki dah hilang rasa sakit, rasa macam nak join lagi je..wakkaakakak...

Cari satu aktiviti yang anda suka...suka cycling so stick to cycling...cari bike yang bagus...pastikan anda memenuhi ciri2 keselamatan as a cyclist....

kalau u suka run then go run...join any running event baru tak bosan...

kalau suka main bola then main la bola...

cari je apa sukan yg u rasa u suka sukan tu...then stick to it ah...n u will enjoy what u r doing kan...

kalau suka pergi gym angkat berat then sign up la as a gym member....tak suka bersukan macam mana??? 

cari la sesuatu yang hampir2 suka...or try an error...hehehehehe...but ake sure dapatkan nasihat pakar sebelum anda mulakan apa2 jenis sukan..takot tak sesuai dengan tahap kesiahatan uols eh...keselamatan n kesihatan di dahulakan k...love jyeahhhh...

No. 1: Drink plenty of water 

People sometimes confuse thirst with hunger. So you can end up eating extra calories when an ice-cold glass of water is really what you need. If rasa lapar tu make sure betul ke lapar ke uols hanyalah dahaga je...so try minum air dulu k...air masak k my love...hoho...jangan p bantai teh tarikk naaaaa...if payah nak telan plain water try letak perahan jus lemon skit ok..kasi ada taste skit...lama2 ok la tuhhh...

No. 2: Think about what you can add to your diet, not what you should take away.

Start by focusing on getting the recommended 5-9 servings of fruits and vegetables each day.

"It sounds like a lot, but it is well worth it, because at the same time you are meeting your fiber goals and feeling more satisfied from the volume of food," 

You're also less likely to overeat because fruits and vegetables displace fat in the diet. And that's not to mention the health benefits of fruits and vegetables. More than 200 studies have documented the disease-preventing qualities of phytochemicals found in produce, says Pansiero.

Keeping your portions reasonable will help you get more in touch with your feelings of hunger and fullness.

No. 4: Be choosy about nighttime snacks.


Mindless eating occurs most frequently after dinner, when you finally sit down and relax.

"Sitting down with a bag of chips or cookies in front of the television is an example of eating amnesia, where you mindlessly eat without being hungry, but out of habit," says American Dietetic Association spokesperson Malena Perdomo, RD.

Either close down the kitchen after a certain hour, or allow yourself a low-calorie snack, like a 100-calorie pack of cookies or a half-cup scoop of low-fat ice cream. Once you find that you're usually satisfied with the low-cal snack, try a cup of zero-calorie tea, suggests Perdomo.

Malas cite panjang...run yang paling memenatkan selama berkecimpung dalam dunia running nih...mau nya tak penat...bukit memanjang...dah la manager aku tak ikut..makanya aku park sejauh alam...

Nak buat fun run je pon tak payah la sampai 10k...dah la start kul 7.30am...nasib cuaca mendung huh...medal dapat anak rimau tu je...hurmmm...milo plak dah habis..haih....ok sesi meng'complaint'....

Memang muka tak berapa nak ikhlas senyum nih
 

Lepas run terus p cari rumah urut..tak tahann oiiii sakit kaki hakku...
