Alhamdulillah...done with 5km run...my second run during Atkins...everything went very well...thank God...
Before run I had my teamix drink...immediately after run I had an apple for sugar..erkkk...rosak keto ke..I need it by the way...heheheh..alasan kan...terus je minum air mineral 500ml..
I need my protein shake to make sure my muscle will be fully recover very soon...Hªªhªhªªhªªhªhªª ....I did it...hoyeahhhh....
P/s : Hati berdebar nak timbang pagi esok...td carbo loading makan nasi ayam 4 sudu...waaaaaa
