Day 5 : Ramadhan...

Alhamdulillah...pagi td b4 sahur saya timbang dah turun kepada 77.3kg....sahur td seperti biasa Choco shake+kurma+aloe 1L....

Turun tak banyak bulan puasa takpe...so that kita tau kita tak kehilangan banyak air...bulan puasa ni lagi la kena jaga tentang air...jgn sampai kita dhydrated...bahaya lebih2 bulan puasa ni...make sure waktu berbuka n sahur kena minum air yg mencukupi...2L sahur+2L berbuka kira ok la tu...

Since saya minum protein shake...dan mengamalkan low-carbs diet...mmg sgt2 perlu lah utk minum banyak air supaya badan mudah menyerap protein tu..dan make sure ianya tidak memberi kesan negative kepada buah pinggang..semua tu kita kena jaga ok...
