Ada ketika tanpa kita sedar kita menjadi sumber inspirasi seseorang walau tanpa sepatah kata.mereka lihat apa yg kita buat.mereka baca apa yg kita tulis.mereka lihat perubahan pada kita sudah cukup bagi mereka menjadikan kita sumber inspirasi.



Jangan pernah mengalah.jgn mudah meyerah kalah.sekali melangkah biar ke akhir titisan darah.ceh sakan bermadah.kenapa nak give up?? Its a lifestyle jangan jadikannya beban.malah bangga kerna ramai yg lain terkebil2 melihat perubahan yg sedang anda lakukan.mereka nak menjadi seperti anda.tp malu nak bertanya.maka bantu mereka dgn meneruskan perjuangan sehingga anda lupa anda sedang diet malah itu sudah menjadi rutin dan tabiat

With My coach who keep on supporting me..never give up on me..berada disamping org2 herbalife ada satu rasa yg berbeza iaitu semangat mereka....sering memberi semangat dari hari pertama aku injak kaki ke atas mesin penimbang..angka 86 tampil meluruhkan jantungku..

Tp coach aku tenang sedia membantu tanpa aku merasa malu malah lebih yakin kerna aku dan mereka diluar sana ada beda...aku ingin berubah walau sering kali tewas...tewas itu lah permulaan jalan cerita kita..andai semuanya terlalu mudah apa cerita kita ;)

Its get easier because u get better...

My first running event was in 2010..terryfox...masa tu nak habiskan 2.4km serious rasa menyumpah je...mmg tak larat...mmg rasa this will be my last running event..walaupun banyak jalan dari lari tp rasa nak mati...

N now alhamdulillah.5km sudah menjadi sesuatu yg normal bg saya...if my sis ajak jogging petang2..utk tamatkan 5km mmg senang je rasa..tak rasa membebankan lansung..tak kisah berapa slow anda lari..atau jalan..tu bukan permasalahannya..kerana kita bukan nak jadi watson nyambek...ye ke nama dia cenggitu..belasah je..ala pelari pecut negara tu..*harap aku tak silap la*...ke perenang senanye dia tuh..kuikuikui


Bukan nak berbangga apa sy boleh buat...just to share with u...kalau kita keep on doing the things that kita rasa susah sgt dulu..lama2 benda tu jadi sebati dgn kita n kita akan rasa..oh tak rasa apa2 dah sebenarnya..hahahha..

So never give up...just do it. And i know u can do it...sbb saya adalah manusia yg selalu fikir "i cant do it"..selalu rasa lemah dan rendah diri...just because i had my heart surgery when i was 9...*dah lama kot*...tp sy suka guna alasan tu..u all jauh lagi kuat dari saya...jauh my friend...sungguh jauh...saya tak pernah terlibat dengan apa2 sukan sejak kecil..dengar sukan je menggelabah...bola mai kat i, i tgk je...takot kot nak pegang bola...lihatlah betapa bangku dan dungu aku sutu masa dulu...





Sedar tak sedar i did my 1st 28km walk when i was 29..so apa yg mustahil dalam hidup kita..come on guys...

Health:
  1. Drink plenty of water.                                                                           
  2. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.
  3. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants.
  4. Live with the 3 E’s - Energy, Enthusiasm and Empathy
  5. Play more games.
  6. Read more books than you did in 2012.
  7. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.
  8. Sleep for 7 hours.
  9. Take a 10-30 minutes walk daily. And while you walk, smile.

Personality:
  1. Don’t compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
  2. Don’t have negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.
  3. Don’t over do. Keep your limits.
  4. Don’t take yourself so seriously. No one else does.

Weekend biasanya ada majlis tari menari mahupun makan2 hahaahah....so makanya sebelum kita makan mari kita sweat da fat dulu k..baru la tak rasa bersalah untuk melantaks....

Couch to 10km

Im ready to challenge myself doing my first 10km run..last week saya berjaya buat 8km..slama ni slalu buat 5km sahaja..never expect sy bleh buat 8km...but once i did my first 28km walk im sure impossible is nothing...

So now im ready to challenge myself utk buat 10km run by early of next month...i need to push myself harder to continue toward my target weight n fitness level...

I know its not always easy...daripada yg tak pernah bersenam...buat 5km n now nak buat 10km run...ada 3 weeks sy kena training betul2...dah register for melawati 10km...so by hook or by crook kena run jugak la kan dah register...hahahha...i must get the medal. Thats my aim...

Im proud of myself for what im doing...weight loss,tobed body,better health,higher energy, self confidence and a happier perspective on life...

P/s : Now i can look forward increasing all those benefits by reaching for the next target with couch to 10km...

Herbalife: muscle recovery

Ni mmg best...after workour or any running event sampai rumah je mesti terjah nak minum shake...semua pun tahu protein is good for muscle recovery kan....its a good time for u to enjoy ur shake...perut pun kenyang....hoyeahhh....

So if anyone of u rasa sakit kaki after jogging,walking , or running tu biasalah....jgn mudah mengalah k...nak2 yg baru nak bermula...just imagine after berapa tahun tak bersenam tiba2 nak start blk..urat semua dah bersimpul belit2 dah....jgn lupa utk warmup n warm-down...strerching mmg penting sebelum bersenam k...jgn main terjah je...nanti sng kena muscle cramp....

Sakit kaki,pinggang,bontot atau apa2 saje tu biasalah...tu lah kepuasan yg sebenar...so that u know u r doing it rite...biasanya after sehari baru mula rasa sakit tegang urat etc....biasalah tu...jgn nak banyak complaint...just do it...keep on going guys...the more u do it the less pain u feel ok...alah bisa tegal biasa...
