Resipi Atkins baru



Pagi ni nampak gaya berat aku naik...79.8kg and for sure I know why...sbb aku tak minum banyak air...aku tak buang any sisa toksidd..aku sgt penat semalam...so bawa effect hingga ke pagi...

Al-kisahnya pagi ni I prepared my own lunch box...scramble egg and chicken..ceh resipi apa ntah..heheh..

Bahan2 :
2 biji telur
100g minced chicken
Salt+papper
Garlic

Cara2 :
1.Tumis bawang putih hingga naik bau
2. Masukkan minced chicken tadi
3. Masukkan sedikir air
4. Hancurkan minced chicken tadi
5. Masukkan salt and papper secukup rasa
6. Bila ayam dah masak masukkan telur
7. Bila telur dah masak gaulkan dgn ayam tadi

Tadaaaaa siap..
