- Lunch tadi makan 4 chicken sausage + 2 hard boiled egg + 3.5L plain water...
- Dinner tadi saya makan Siakap stim sekor+seafood tomyam semangkuk+ice water with lemon+2L plain water
Balik umah lepas dinner terus naik penimbang..n u know what I lost 600g berbading dgn saya timbang pagi tadi ;)
*kalau dulu makan macam ni mmg naik la berat saya *
