Jangan stress!!!

Kalau berat tak turun jgn cepat stress...kan saya dah kata tubuh manusia berbeza antara satu sama lain...

Cuba tgk balik DIARY DIET anda...make sure korang ada DIARY DIET ni ok..korang kena catatkan every meal yang masuk mulut korang...asal makan or minum je korang kena catat...so that easy for u to track back what you eat...jangan tipu tau...catat je semua..kalau termakan sesudu nasi ke..terminum 8 sudu gula ke (coke), WAJIB catat...nanti senang nak tgk mana silapnya ok ;))

Jangan mudah putus asa..tiada kejayaan datang bergolek..segalanya memerlukan usaha, doa dan tawakal..kan kan kan???
