Favorite Breakfast during ATKINS!!!


 Pagi2 kadang2 tak de selera lagi nak makan telur ke ayam ke itik ke kambin ke...so cukup la dengan minum shake ni ...iAllah akan kenyang sampai lunch hour...shake ni pun didatang kan dengan sumber protein yang sihat...and the most important thing is it's yummy it's healthy....loving it....aloe concentrated pun best untuk pembersihan usus...
