Good morning Atkiners...

Apa khabar semua?? Harap anda baik2 sahaja ye...mulakan hari anda dengan sarapan pagi yang sihat lagi mengenyangkan ok...

CONTOH MENU SARAPAN
  1. 2 Half-boiled Egg
  2. 2 Hard-boiled egg
  3. 1 Tuna Omelete
  4. 2 chicken stripe with cheese
  5. 2 beef bacon
  6. 1 bowl of chicken soup 
  7. 2 Scramble Eggs 
  8. 2 Fried eggs with butter or cheese
  9. 2 Eggs fried with mushroom n chicken

Ok kenapa telur telur telur je?? Sbb tu paling senang, paling rendah carbs, paling kenyang, paling mudah hadam, sumber protein yg sihat utk membina otot...pagi2 makan banyak takpe tapi biarlah yg mudah hadam..usus nak proses pun senang...kesian kat perut pagi2 dah sumbat daging unta ye dok :))
