Weekend routine

Lets sweat da fat jyeahhh...its time to stay fit n stay healthy..i did my 5km trail walk this morning n im sweating like a pig..hopefully im looking like a fox...hahahaha...as usual i start my day with a healthy protein shake...add on 1L 0f greentea...nah it boost my metabolisme n keep on sweating like hell...oooooo...berbaloi sesangat nih datang jauh2..

Best datang FRIM ni..tenang..udara segar...nyaman..less polluted...tak panas sangat sebab di kelilingi pokok2 besar...

Hari ni saya realisasikan impian utk naik puncak FRIM 1000ft...alang2 naik canopywalkway terus ke ouncak terus..hari ni stamina lain macam skit hahahha..sbb semalam dah cheat kan..

Finally...u can do it babeh...

NEVER GIVE UP...YOU WILL NEVER WALK ALONE
