Badan akan gunakan carbs dan lemak sebagai sumber tenaga..thats y in atkins tho u tak amik carbs but u bleh amik lemak.maka badan akan guna lemak sbg sumber tenaga n it will burn ur body fat dgn cepat coz u takde carbo.i just gv u simple culculation la

You cant target fat loss area..ni mmg tak bleh..tiba2 rasa nak buang lemak area perut sahaja atau lengan sahaja mmg tiada cara.wat u have to do is kena reduce body fat melalui senaman cardiovascular.

Your metabolic rate juga affect how fast ur body burns through the fat u have consume.maknanya org yg mempunyai banyak muscle will have higher mwtabolic rate.so mcm mana nak gain muscle maka buat lah weight lifting dan apa sahaja senaman utk bina otot dan juga pengambilan protein yg sihat...like wat i did i amik 2 times protein shake daily...and at the same time jaga pengambilan makanan maka the result = u will loose weight..suka tak ;p
