CNY challenge

Alang2 aku cuti seminggu ni...nak kembali serious ber'atkins' sapa mau join meh meh jgn memalu neh...seriouss disini bermaksud kembali kepada 20g daily carbs intake...kembali berinduksi katanya...

tak lama pon CNY challenge ni..3 hari je...so meh kita buat betul2 n bersungguh2...weekend hari tu aku kat kampung sakan kot makan...mmg la tak amik nasi...tapi bedal roti dan minuman serta kuih2 manis kot...tapi kat kampong sering berlaku perkumuhan..hahahha...berpeluh sakan la...bukan 24 jam dalam ac..so ok la kan..balik KL tersenyum riang aku naik penimbang masih kekal berat dgn yg sebelum balik kampung..hoyeahhh...

so CW : 71.0 kg...will update my CW on sunday ni ok...jom jom jom kurus dah sihat..skinny n fit...abaikan jarum penimbang..make sure u jaga makan n bersenam dulu ok..

Day 1
Brekafast : HL shake
Lunch  : chawamushi+grilled salmon+ chicken mermaite(abaikan nasi tu)
Dinner : HL shake

Workout Day 1
20 Lunges
20 wall push up
1m wall squat
10 leg raise (pull up)
30s plank
20 crunch
20 tricept
20 bicept

Nampak simple but really worth it neh...keep on going mate...xoxo...u can do it jyeahhh...♡♥

p/s: ramai family member ckp aku kurus hohoho...dunia sudah mampu melihat perubahannya...joms uols...
