Weight-loss Plateau

Di awalan anda mengamalkan diet, anda dapati berat anda cepat turun kan..anda pun ‎​┐('⌣'┐) (┌'⌣')┌..hoyeah hoyeah...tapi tiba2 anda dapati berat dah tak turun..walaupun cara diet anda sama je...pengambilan makanan dan senaman sama je...

Platues berlaku apabila berat anda tak turun atau kata lain statik utk jangka masa yang agak lama...jangan gundah jangan gulana...sabar dulu..jangan mudah mengalah..jangan buat andaian diet anda tak menjadi neh..tu namanya weight-loss platue...

So anda bleh cuba beberapa kaedah utk turunkan balik berat...maybe tubuh anda dah get used to it dah..so u must do something neh..saya sendiri banyak kali dah hadapi benda mcm ni..kalau yg lemah semangat pasti akan berundur...stay positive...

Cuba utk tambah waktu senaman anda dan segala aktiviti fizikal...contoh sebelum ni anda jogging 2 kali seminggu tingkatkan kepada 3-4 kali seminggu...kalau dulu anda jog 30 minit add lagi hingga sejam dan sebagainya...

Tengok balik diary makanan anda..betul ke kadar penganbilan makanan anda...anda makan cukup tak??? Kalau tak cukup atau below 1200 cal metabolic rate akan menurun...so try check benda2 dulu..pengambilan air cukup ke tak??? Fibre cukup ke tak??? Tidur cukup ke tak?? Kan try tgk dulu...bagi tubuh anda kejutan skit..maybe dia tertidur seketika sbb dah biasa dgn cara anda kan...Hªªhªhªªhªªhªhªª..if you eat a lot of sodium, carbohydrates, and drink little water, you will retain a ton of water, which will increase your body weight. If on the other you drink plenty of water, moderate carbs and low sodium and you just finished an intense workout where you sweat buckets, your weight can decrease by several pounds. 

  • The more water your drink, the less you retain it.
  • Weight Loss Plateaus are VERY common

  • The More Weight You Lose, The More Weight Loss Slows
  • Losing Weight Becomes Harder,  The Closer You Get To Your Ideal Weight


Try neh..jgn putus asa...berat tak turun tapi maybe tubuh anda sedang re-shape...jangan risau...pengorbanan anda tidak akan sia2..percayalah...:)
