Hilangkan lemak bawah lengan

Asal wanita je, mmg ni la soalan basic akan ditanya...flabby arms mmg dah synonym dgn woman...so apa mau buat??? Please help me... Nak excercise mcm mana to get rid of flabby arms???


Oraite...Listen carefully...tiada excercise utk hilangkan flabby arms melainkan anda buang atau singkirkan ur body fat dulu...no such things utk u kurangkan lemak di sesetengah bahagian tubuh sahaja...

REMEMBER...your body stores fat...kebiasaan lelaki lemak akan lebih di perut..dan perempuan di lengan, peha, pinggang....so semua org akan hadapi masalah yang sama...so FIRST thing u have to do is...

REDUCE THE BODY FAT.....

Once u dah reduce ur body fat, u can see it disappear...don't bother with creams n rubs gimmicks out there neh...ingat u cannot spot reduce...tak leh nak spot hilangkan lemak sana dan sini..what u can do is buang lemak dalam badan as a whole :)

Then only u ask how to tone-up ur arms...baru lah buat triceps excercise...ni paling glamour lah for arms kan...build muscle in the back of the arms so that once the fat is gone, u'll have a tricep and it will appear tight n tone...

Clear??? Jangan risau u can do it..we do it slowly neh...jom sama2 we reduce our body fat...long way to go ni..
