Macam mana Turun berat dengan Herbalife...

Berfikiran positive adalah paling utama...kalau ada pemikiran negative mmg susah...hanya org yg positive are willing to change...

Shake 2 times a day
Ni tahap WAJIB neh..jgn nak tipu...breakfast and dinner make sure amik shake...kita selalu dgr orang kata "breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince,dinner like a pauper"...so betapa pentingnya breakfast..never skip breakfast...and make sure u gv the best for ur body during bfast...waktu yg paling bagus utk penyerapan nutrien...Lunch u can have ur colorful meal...Dinner amik shake so that ur body tak perlu kerja keras utk proses penghadaman...badan pun senang menyerap segala nutrien n anda bleh tdo tanpa dgn lena :)

Less Carbs and sugar
Try ni dulu...cut carbs n sugar...kalau pagi2 biasa minum tea,milo,nescafe apa2 saje minuman campur gula try ubah ok...pagi amalkan minum air masak+teamix+shake yang enak..dulu lunch nasi penuh pinggan skrg reduce skit portion nasi add more fiber and protein...ikan,ayam,sayur,buah....haaaa ni mmg berhasil...as we know kita akan guna gula dan carbs sebagai tenaga..so if we cut sugar n carbs badan akan mula menggunakan lemak sebagai tenaga..try neh :)

Exercise
Ni jangan malas neh...jalani cara hidup sihat...bagi badan anda keluarkan peluh..tak suruh anda lari 20km sejam pun...tapi buat la apa sahaja aktiviti fizikal..mengemas rumah pun boleh..jgn malas sgt neh...heheheh..ptg2 bwk anak2 kluar jenjalan..jalan kaki ditaman permainan...nak lagi best join any running event...register for FUN RUN je...3,5,or 7 KM...its really FUN trust me..itu yg sy selalu buat..rasa puas bila dapat complete the run or walk..tak larat lari anda bleh jalan je..don't force urself..make it fun..nama pun fun run kan..bawak kids..no problem k..be positive neh..cari skit je masa..kalau takde sgt curi masa kat rumah...buat sit-up+wall push-up pon dah ok...3 set with 20 reps each

Drinks More Water 

Simple calculation every 25kg=1L...malas la cite kelebihan kat sini kan...baca sendiri neh...ada sebab kenapa kita disuruh minum banyak air...org terdahulu dah buat kajian...hehehehe...

Ok la takmau banyak2 sgt pantang larang nanti cepat bosan kan...cuba yg kat atas ni dulu without cheat neh...I know u can do it..be positive and stay motivated with positive people..
