Kurma sebiji (sunnah nabi makan je la jgn banyak tanya ;p)

Ramadhan Challenge begin

Buka ramadhan denga  gathering bersama yg tersayang...sungguh aku kata bila masing2 punya anak anak se'smart' mana pon phone sudah tiada makna...nak keluarkan fon pun dah tak sempat..bukan saja mak bapak budak tp kawan mak bapak pon sama..terkejar sana dan sini...hahahaa..but seriously its fun..kerna anak anak ini anugerah terindah..sampai lupa nak foto foti with them ;)

So yesterday we went to setia alam mall...we had our korean food katanyaa...

Lets start today..nanti uols bleh la share ur ramadhan low carba menu with me okay...fot those yang ada add me tru wechat ke wassap ke bleh je post kat situ..nanti i'll compile everyhing ok...spread the love ;)

Our ramadhan challenge berlansung selama 27-28 hari la kot...maklumlah akhir akhir ramadhan semua dah nak balik kampung kan..juadah pon dah lain macam hahaha..

Ohh sedikit kecewa...

Kecewa dengan diri sendiri sebenarnya sehingga hasilnya uhhh..

But but but...listen listen listen

Penimbang bukan segala gala okay..

Jangan cepat down kalaupun berat tak turun...

Tp lihat pada pengurangan inches okay..

Seluar smua dah longgar...baju pun tak sendat sangat dah...

Ni tanpa senaman oiii..kalau add on senaman skit lu pikir la sendiri kan..

So lusa kita start ramadhan challenge okay...u can do it babe... ♥♡♥♡

Sori bz sambut bday lupa nak update diet menu..ahaha..walau bz sambut bday alhamduliklah kawan dan keluarga tetap bagi sokongan ao takde la cheat terus sangat..cup cake je yang baling teruk tu pun skit sangat ah..bukan apa sbb malas nak cari ketosis balik bila dia dah lari hahaha...so ok la...berat pin still dalam range selamat lah...

Ouhhh...kena prank dengan kengkawan for my pre birthday celebration...

What I ate

So basically ni la benda yang aku mentangkedarah this week...turun 2kg in 5 days...eh ok la tu..tak kan kau nak turun 20kg dalam masa 5 hari..ahahaha..be realistic eh ♥♡

Ok next week mission to reduce another 2kg ahaaa...let's do it together nak?? Jom ah... ;)

Ok setelah berat turun 2 kilo dalam masa 4 hari so dia jadi static sat...ini perkara biasa...jangan gelabah jgn tension...chillex ok...

Semalam bz bebenor pastu lunch ada pulak yang belanja rojak ayam...aihhh..kuah tu gula mmg banyak la kan...termakan plak tepung dalam rojak tuh...so pagi ni timbang berat tak berganjak...

Senaman ringkas every nite angkat dumbell 8lb sajork..tu pun 30 kali je..hewhew..

So chillex eh...

Smalam.p shopink skit barang2 untuk teruskan diet ni...first time buat nasi goreng atkins..boleh la kalau craving sgt nak makan nasi goremg..but for me rasa dia biasa biasa je la sbb otak still bgtau ini adalah cauliflower...wakakak...n i hate vege dan anak beranaknya...;p

Seriously parah..

How does a low carb diet work

Italian Baked egg

Ingredients:

1/2 an onion, chopped
3 eggs
1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
1 slice cheese
minced chicken
Cooking spray/butter

Directions:

In a medium cook onion, garlic, and minced chicken in hot oil under tender.  Season with salt and pepper.  Set aside.  In a medium bowl stir together the eggs.  Pour into 3 individual ramekins, greased with cooking spray or butter
