Bina badan time raya

Oraite...lagi beberapa hari lagi syawal akan meninggalkan kita...so time raya ramai yg sebok bina badan kan...tapi bila dah tau cara nak turunkan balik berat badan so mmg takde masalah n takde la menggerunkan sgt...jangan la sampai berat naik melampau sangat k...sia sia je diet selama ni..berpada pada lah...hope semua open house dah close lah..so that we can focus on our low carbs diet neh...


My sis n I ada buat challenge...14 days challenge..will be on low carbs...every morning wajib minum protein shake HL...water intake kena melebihi 2L...every weekend wajib go for run/walk 3km n above...we ll see the result in 7/14 days neh..huihuihui...kami start isnin lepas..mine was 73.5kg...my sis 56kg...start date 02.09.2013 (Monday)...first update will be on this Friday..hohoho...


p.s: Jom sapa nak join..join cara halus pun bleh..huihuihui...
