SWEAT DA FAT

Weekend biasanya ada majlis tari menari mahupun makan2 hahaahah....so makanya sebelum kita makan mari kita sweat da fat dulu k..baru la tak rasa bersalah untuk melantaks....


Training for 10km...dapat 8km jew...not bad jeahhh....940 cal burn...

balik dari run as usual terkam shake dulu...muscle recovery katanya....jeahhhh....

NEVER GIVE UP...YOU WILL NEVER WALK ALONE
