Ramadhan Day 4&5

Day 4&5 combine sekali sebab tak banyak membantu dalam penurunan berat tp bina berat ada la..kikiki..maklumlah cheatday lah katakan..tp masih tidak makan nasi la..cuma kadar carbs yg agk tinggi disitu..

Too many dishes to listdown....kikiki...tgk pix je la ek...tak semua high carbs ada je yg protein based semata lol...
