Ramadhan Day 11

Roti jala 1
Ayam Merah 4
Ayam percik 1
AYam goreng 2
White coffee 1/2 glass
Nasi minyak 2 sudu
Roti telur 1 bun

Wah gitu la katanya juadah dikampung..kawan bapak aku bg nasi minyak so aku rasa la 2 sudu sebelum sedekah kat bumi..tak nak amik kesian ak org dah bagi..hehehe...mak aku dah faham dah diet aku..sbb mak bapak aku pun amalkan low carbs sebab mereka ada kencing manis...so bg yg masih belum ada kencing manis, low carbs diet really helps to prevent diabetic...

Even bila my parents pegi buat check up pun the doctor terkejut sbb bapak aku bleh kawal gula..bila bapak aku bgtau their diet plan then the doctor cakap bagus n teruskan..tak ramai org yg ada willpower like what we have now...so teruskan k...

p.s : Esok kembali berpuasa di KL..back to normal...oh tak sempat nak snap pix today...kikiki..bz..
