Just do It....

This is very true...nak mula mmg payah..dah mula baru tau apa rasa...dulu masa sy mula2 start run mmg nak menyumpah..after 5km running event pon rasa nak munyumpah..sakit satu badan..kaki tak payah ckp la...almost one week kot sakit muscle peha n pinggang...meyesal tak sudah rasa..

But i never stop..keep on doing...i wont simply give up..teruskan register any running events...every weekend make sure i go out for run or trail..just to make sure that my muscles work yooo..make sure i fully used my muscles..

so sekarang alhamdulillah..after running event still can hangout with family n friends...kalau dulu after run mesti tdo je keje..but now no more...practice makes perfect jyeahhh..just believe in urself...u can do it..trust me..♡♥
