Broga Hill
My first time naik Broga...Alhamdulliah dpt sampai puncak broga walaupun banyak kali gila stop ambil nafas kikiki...1.7km je distance nak sampai puncak...400m je ketinggiannya...tp mak aii walau tak jauh tp jalan dia agak mencabar oiiii...mengangkang merangkak menggelongsor smua ada kikikiki...bukan apa aksi2 ni perlu dilakukan bagi mengelakkan aku dari tergolek ke bawah..so kena pandai2 la imbangkan badan...
Special thanks to my sis coz bagi semangat yg tak henti2...dia yg lagi confident dr diri aku sndr wakakaka...
Ramai yg naik broga akan stop kat first peak je..semua mcm dah tak nak dah naik puncak..so im proud of myself sbb mampu naik sampai puncak ;)

10th Month
The only reason I was able to get even this far in my weight loss was because I learned how to love myself. I used to love everyone else except myself and I felt so worthless. By embracing my body, I have been able to see my potential, my worth, and my beauty. I realize that I deserve so much from life and I want to keep my body strong. I would have never been able to do this if I hadn’t learned to love.
- It’s been almost 10 months and 15 kg lost.
- This journey of mine has been more of a journey to mental health than anything else.
- I mean yes, I’ve lost 15 kg and that is way more than I ever expected to lose, but I’ve gained much more than that.
- I’ve gained confidence, and I’ve also gained the ability to make new friends, from the groups who keep on supporting me.
- I try to put my trust and heart into things that I know would break me.
- I’ve become stronger physically and mentally.
- I can do 10 km run now where before I could do none.
- I can accept insults as what they are and not let them get to me.
- I’ve had people come up to me and tell me I am fat .
- I’ve gained a sense of self love and I want nothing more then for my body to be happy and healthy.
- I’ve gained a “give no shits” attitude about life.
- I don’t give a shit what anyone thinks anymore.
- It’s not just my body that is far healthier, it’s also my mind.

Just do It....
This is very true...nak mula mmg payah..dah mula baru tau apa rasa...dulu masa sy mula2 start run mmg nak menyumpah..after 5km running event pon rasa nak munyumpah..sakit satu badan..kaki tak payah ckp la...almost one week kot sakit muscle peha n pinggang...meyesal tak sudah rasa..
But i never stop..keep on doing...i wont simply give up..teruskan register any running events...every weekend make sure i go out for run or trail..just to make sure that my muscles work yooo..make sure i fully used my muscles..
so sekarang alhamdulillah..after running event still can hangout with family n friends...kalau dulu after run mesti tdo je keje..but now no more...practice makes perfect jyeahhh..just believe in urself...u can do it..trust me..♡♥
