Orang lain sahut cabaran 21dayshakechallenge tapi aku buat 14dayshakechallenge je la kikikiki...21 hari tu bagi kat jiwa kental dulu lah eh

● No sodas
● No unhealthy deserts
● No white bread/rice
● No fast food
● No fried food
● ONLY REAL & COLOURFUL FOOD

Payah oiiii....nampak mudah ce try nak buat mau nak muntah kikikiki
