MERDEKA-GEMOK

Lama tak update sbb dah kembali gemok gedempol

Biasalah hidup ni ada turun naik dia

Turut kejap naik bapak lamanya

Aktivitas riadah pun dah semakin menurun
Aktivitas makan makan semakin menaik

Begitulah ceritanya

So selamat menyambut hari merdeka yang ke 58 semua

My Blog

I created this blog because I started the Atkins diet and at the same time i consume HERBALIFE . i would like to share with each and everyone of you my experiences. Essentially serve as a diary for me. It will give me a place to write about the food i take, the progress I make, the hurdles I need to overcome and a place to regularly post my thoughts in a day so you could get a good idea of how the program works.
