Bila org tanya kau kurus ni utk apa??
Bila org perli 'ala dia tak makan semua ni diet bagi daun tu je kat dia'
Bila org perli 'baik tak yah makan kalau mcm tu kau kan diet'
Bila org pelawa 'ala makan je la tak gemoknya sekali sekala'
Bila orang sekeliling tak cuba utk memahami apa yg sedang kau lakukan
Bila org yg rapat tak support kamu
Bila kau nak bersenam ramai mata yg memandang
Bila kau nak bersenam kau rasa org duk mengata

Aku tahu kanu penat utk semua ini...tapi mengapa kamu harus mengalah kalau aku kata 'mereka2' ini hanyalah looser yg takut kamu mengatasi mereka..ye mereka adalah loser...seriously..kalau mereka org yg hebat mereka tak akan pandang rendah malah akan tolong kamu utk bangkit dan berdiri saat kamu jatuh dan tersungkur..



Jangan..jangan mengalah..ayuh jom teruskan perjuangan kamu...fit n healthy...not skinny n bonnie :p

Jangan putus asa

Awat cepat sgt nak putus asa...alang2 dah berusaha separuh jalan jom la kita teruskan sampai ke penghujungnya...jom sama2 kita buat k sampai berjaya..;)

Biarla progress slow pon..lambat nak nampak kesannya..sikit2 lama2 jadi banyak kan..bukan nya takde progress lansung kan..so jangan mudah give up k...kita 'kembangkan' badan tu pun agak lama kan??? so jgn la expect nak turun nya cepat kan kikikiki..♡♥

Happy weekend everyone...hows ur weekend?? at mamak?? nasi lemak?? taman rekreasi?? shopping mall?? #makeitcount jyeahhhh ;p

Kasi peluh la sikit..dah 5 hari terperap kat office 9 jam sehari dalam aircond kan..weekend ni jom la kluar buat cardio skit kasi peluh jantan kluar kikikiki...paling kurang sekali seminggu la kalau dah 4 kali seminggu tak mampu nak lakukan kan..u choose ur own lifestyle jyeahhh ♡♥

Oat for dinner

Niat di hati nak makan cucur badak..tapi mana mau cari time cenggini..balik rumah dalam keadaan hampa..bukak tto peti nampak lembu pada kotak susu..teringat kat badak aku tadi..hurrmmm no choice meh..ku rentap rakus oat instant dari kotak *mengamuk la kononnya*..

Aik berhias pulak oat aku..siap ada kekacang lagi penyeri oat aku kuikuikui sweet sangat...nyumnyummm..sedap plak tu..lagi sedap dr cucuk badak *ayat penyedap hati :(*

Tips kurus dengan herbalife

  • Gantikan breakfast n dinner dengan shake herbalife yg lazat.
  • Pengambilan makanan ketika lunch yg tinggi protein iaitu lauk pauk dan sayur serta rendah karbohidrat.
  • Snacking- perbanyakkan memakan buah2an dan sayur sayuran.

Hello March

March.Make it count peeps. Imagine waking up on the last day of march and knowing that you worked your ass off for 30 days straight. Imagine looking in the mirror and grinning because you're actually seeing results: your stomach is flatter and more toned, your legs are becoming shapely and 'dat ass' is looking rounder than ever. 

Imagine looking in that mirror and feeling proud that you ate clean for 30 days. Yes, you allowed yourself the occasional treat but in general you were fantastic and stuck to your healthy regime. Hell, you even enjoyed it. 

Imagine the feeling of pride you'll have, and the feeling of confidence knowing that now you've done one month the next month and the months after that will be easier. Imagine trying on some old jeans and feeling the space in the waist-band because you are so much slimmer now. 

30 days. 3 Litres water per day, 30 minutes working out a day. A clean diet. That's all. Let's make March our fittest month yet.
