Ni tahap dah malas sangat nak masak ni...telur yg rebus smalam ada lagi 2 bijik..selongkar almari makanan nampak plak ada cili tuna..nah a very good combo in a rainy day i guess..i need somthing hot n spice jyeahhh..
Errrr sebenarnya malas masak..so apa je yg bleh dimakan dan mengenyangkan sumbat je...kehkehkeh...as all we know that tuna is a good source of protein..telur tu mmg dah sedia maklum la sumber protein kan..the best things is cili tuna ni only contain 2g of carbs per serving...
