Kelantan juara Piala Malaysia semalam...so hari ni mood nak g cari masakan kelantan kat Puchong...Restaurant Tuan Faridah Ayam Kampung...hoyeahhh...

Ayam kampung+paru goreng+ikan singgang+sambal belachan...perghhhh...now time to sleep...hujan renyai2...best nih tdo bangun asar nanti..kekekekek...

My Blog

I created this blog because I started the Atkins diet and at the same time i consume HERBALIFE . i would like to share with each and everyone of you my experiences. Essentially serve as a diary for me. It will give me a place to write about the food i take, the progress I make, the hurdles I need to overcome and a place to regularly post my thoughts in a day so you could get a good idea of how the program works.
