Menu of thr week (2nd week)

Korang yg dalam first phase jangan tiru menu ni noooo..hahahah..harooommmm segala yg bertepung tuh......makan macam ni pun still turun 1kg..hoho...shake tak tinggal ah tapi..tu mmg fav turun temurun...sedam dan mudah...so apa salah...heheheh...
