Hari minggu je ada masa utk smua ni...hari kerja bnyk alasannya...hari ni kami ke FRIM kepong...dapat 2 round cukuplah...peluh menitik...sebenarnya training dikawasan berbukit mmg bagus utk senaman cardio...meningkatkan stamina...
