Ni mmg best...after workour or any running event sampai rumah je mesti terjah nak minum shake...semua pun tahu protein is good for muscle recovery kan....its a good time for u to enjoy ur shake...perut pun kenyang....hoyeahhh....
So if anyone of u rasa sakit kaki after jogging,walking , or running tu biasalah....jgn mudah mengalah k...nak2 yg baru nak bermula...just imagine after berapa tahun tak bersenam tiba2 nak start blk..urat semua dah bersimpul belit2 dah....jgn lupa utk warmup n warm-down...strerching mmg penting sebelum bersenam k...jgn main terjah je...nanti sng kena muscle cramp....
Sakit kaki,pinggang,bontot atau apa2 saje tu biasalah...tu lah kepuasan yg sebenar...so that u know u r doing it rite...biasanya after sehari baru mula rasa sakit tegang urat etc....biasalah tu...jgn nak banyak complaint...just do it...keep on going guys...the more u do it the less pain u feel ok...alah bisa tegal biasa...
