2 weeks / 14 days

Ok hari ni dah 14 days buat low carbs diet katanya and so far dah turun 3.3kg takde la extreme sgt penurunan kan ok ok jew la ni pun tak bersenam lansung ni lately mengalami sakit belakang n lutut so tamau lasak2 sgt hewhewhew....

So kalau ditambah dengan senaman ni berkemungkinan lagi banyak weight loss lah kan...

Ok la uols selamat berdiet n bersenam hokay 😆😆

Ps: btw i dont think the FBM really works on me...ntah la tubuh i mmg tak pernah serasi dgn mana2 produk even HL pun tak de la jd kurus cekeding cuma ubah my lifestyle sahaja sebab ianya hanyalah meal replacemt...papepun i love HL auummm

  1. 3.3kg tu kire alhamdulillah la ade penurunan. Yani ni dah lama tak naik penimbang tapi tahu badan dh naik sebab certain baju kurung pergi kerja ni dh sendat mendat kat area lengan dan pinggang. So terang2 dah ada indikasi yg i'm regaining extra weight...stress!
