Day 4 of 14

Alhamdulillah 4 hari ber shaky shake berat turun 1.5 Kg 
Bila rajin bershake terus rasa rajin nak makan real & healthy food....so dah 4 hari tak makan fast food , chips, dan segala jenis manis manisan ☺
Ni dia upah utk berbuka puasa...
