Ramadhan Day 5 (1436)


Ayam masak halia blackpepper
Masakan aku punya suka aku nak bagi nama...wakakakaka...of coz la masakan my lovely sistah...masih mampu bertahan tanpa nasi...esok ntah la macam mana..dengar cite mumsky nak masak utk berbuka..uiiii kalau mumsky masak mmg tak keruan la diet aku...kuatkan lah iman ku wkaakakak....




Workout:
40 biceps curl using 8lbs dumbell..
To get big u have to lift big...so dont worry u wont build a muscular big arms 😆😆...

Ahaks day 5 ramadhan baru nak start small workout...

Actually tarawikh 11 rakaat tu pun dah kira excercise tau...pergerakan dalam solat antara senaman hebat 😆😆

Jangan lupa bangun disepertiga malam utk solat itu waktu mustajab 😆😍
