Cheat day

Sempena my sis birthday maka apa lagi cheat sakan la aku..at least pagi tadi dah settle 5 km World Kidney Run.wakakkaka...takde la cheat sakan pon..red velvet cake tu je yg jelas ke'haramam' dia pun kan..sikit jew aku curik...lol

Salmon, Lamb and salad ok apa...clean apa hahahha...selamat menjamu selera...

p.s : Life is pretty awesome...enjoy life..♡♥

My Blog

I created this blog because I started the Atkins diet and at the same time i consume HERBALIFE . i would like to share with each and everyone of you my experiences. Essentially serve as a diary for me. It will give me a place to write about the food i take, the progress I make, the hurdles I need to overcome and a place to regularly post my thoughts in a day so you could get a good idea of how the program works.
